Sizing

  • What size should I order/ I have a fit question?

  • We try to identify specific elements of each product in the description, so be sure to check there! If you still have questions about any garments, feel free to call us at 334-329-7685 or shoot us an email at customerservice@chicsoul.com and we will be happy to provide you with all the information you need to make your decision!

Order (payment)

  • What payment options do you accept?
  • We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa debit/credit card payments as well as PayPal.  We don’t accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.
  • How to apply gift card/store credit code at checkout?
  • Simply input your gift card/store credit code at Checkout.  There's a box labeled "Gift card or discount code" on the RIGHT hand side of the checkout page above the Subtotal.
  • Can I use discount codes with the purchase of already discounted items or sale items?
  • At this time you can only use discount codes for regular priced items and they can't be combined. 
  • I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
  • Congrats on selecting your favorite Chic items!  We understand that sometimes you need to change your order – we’re here to help.  Please contact us immediately!  Our team is moving fast and packing orders faster.  Once they process your order in the warehouse we will be unable to change or cancel your order.
  • Where is my order confirmation?
  • As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address you entered on your order.  If, for some reason, you didn’t get an e-mail, please check your spam folder and add orders@chicsoul.com to your safe sender list.

Returns

  • How long do returns take to process?
  • Once your item arrives at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a gift card code issued via e-mail to the address used to place the original order.
  • Can I return or exchange items purchased on sale?
  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned. View our full Return Policy.

General

  • Out of stock item - What should I do?
  • We know, it can be sad when your favorite items are sold out that are must haves.  But don’t lose faith, we may be able to get them back! To sign up to be notified when/if an item is restocked click on the out of stock item, select your size, enter your e-mail address in the field and click “Restock Notify”!
  • Do you have gift cards?
  • Yes, and they make for perfect gifts. You can purchase gift cards here.
  • Do you have a storefront?
  • We are an online-only boutique, so you can shop with us 24/7 from the beach, mountains, gym, studio, or work (shhh we won’t tell)! Go ahead, get your shop on!
