Pretty top but it runs small

"Pretty top Nice colors but not my favorite of the pieces I own from Chic Soul. I think I might like it a little better if I get a hot pink cardigan or lavender purple cardigan to put over it. Perhaps something short sleeved. It definitely comes in at the waist. If you’re looking for something that is a little bit of a tighter fit, not a loose fit. This would be a good one. For the three acts I thought it ran small. The price is fair."
