Runs small

"Very snug in the arms and my arms are not ever the problem when it comes to fit. I can wear between a 1x and 2x when I order here depending on if I want loose or fitted in the style and I ordered this in the 1x since I have 44 bust and it says 1x is 48 inches. It's very snug across the bust as well. I'm 5'5" 195 lbs. Unlike what others said, it does not run large."
